It’s never too soon to build your college resume! Start working on music lessons, student government, or sports right from freshman year!

You'll take the PSAT during your sophomore or junior year. If you do well enough, you might become a candidate for the National Merit Scholarship!

Schoolwork
Maintain your GPA to show colleges you mean business. If you want to go above and beyond, shoot for AP Courses to qualify for college credits!
SAT or ACT
Doing well on the SAT or ACT is a great way to make your application pop. Aim to take one or both of them during your late junior or early senior year.
Letters of Recommendation
Most colleges will ask for 1-3 of letters of recommendation. Maintain positive relationships with your teachers!
